HB Naveen

H.B. Naveen is the Founder and CEO of Falcon Pictures, Indonesia’s largest and most commercially successful film studio. An Indian-origin entrepreneur with roots in modest beginnings, Naveen built Falcon Pictures into a dominant production powerhouse spanning feature films, television, and digital platforms, shaping modern Indonesian cinema over the last two decades.

Under his leadership, Falcon Pictures has delivered some of Indonesia’s highest-grossing and most culturally significant films, including the Warkop DKI franchise, Buya Hamka, Titik Nol, and Haji Backpacker, establishing a reputation for scale, discipline, and repeatable execution across genres.

Naveen has been closely associated with Line Producers India (Celluloid Pact) since 2013, forming a long-standing strategic relationship focused on cross-border execution, remake adaptations, and structured line production across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. This collaboration has supported major remake executions including Drishyam Parts 1, 2, and 3, Badhaai Ho (India), and Keluarga Slamet (Indonesia), aligning Indonesian studio-led development with India-led execution systems.

Beyond formal collaboration, Naveen is a long-time confidante, business advisor, and trusted ally of Manav Paul, contributing strategic insight to multi-territory production planning, remake structuring, and execution continuity. His role extends beyond studio leadership into shaping scalable production models that bridge creative ambition with operational control across markets.

This profile reflects an execution-driven legacy built on discipline, longevity, and cross-regional authority—not affiliation, not promotion.
